problem mini gerbil 3

hello.

sorry for my English
I am encountering a problem mini gerbil 3.
I just installed everything according to the video, but the problem is that when I turn on my K40 nothing moves, the carriage return does not happen?
normally when turned on, the cart should go home?
same with Lightburd no way to make it move.
my installation is good, is it possible that it is the card the problem?
if I put my old card back everything works.

Key question --> Are you getting any messages on the Lightburn console? If so, communication is functioning correctly. Please let me know.

Thankyou for the photo. It looks ok, the ribbon cable's blue tab looks quite big, is it fully inserted?

the problem comes from the card.
Normally when you turn on the K40, the carriage should move and return home, and nothing happens.
all the diodes are well lit as indicated.
I've been looking for 15 days, I've followed everything on the site and still nothing.

Hi Phijol,

There are two modes for turn-on, auto homing and non-auto homing.

Can you confirm that homing still does not occur if you click on the home icon in Lightburn?

Also, can you send me an image of the Lightburn Console screen to show you are successfully connecting?

Sorry for all the questions - we test every unit before shipping so it is unusual when it doesn't work at all. By asking these questions we can be sure it is a problem and get it sorted out as quickly and cheaply as possible.

in Lightburn an error because the engine does not move as I indicated.
