default mini settings

So what are the $103=160 (a:stp/mm) and $104=160.000 (a:stp/mm) setting for in the config file?

103 and 104 are the A and B axis in the firmware but not used on the processor. We should have taken out the additional config messages. Maybe a new firmware version when I get a chance to work on it.
