Beta update of raster plugin

The print I chose to test the new plugin had around 40% white space and the 4x6 inch print went from just under 4 hours to 2 hours 15 minutes - that is a substantial improvement. I am sure the mileage will vary with the amount of white space but much of what I do is engravings of etchings which usually have over 50% white space so this will be a huge benefit.
