Beta update of raster plugin

Just down load the zip file and replace the raster*.py file. I have included the raster*.inx but that is not changed so you can skip it.

Nice job - knocked a lot of time off of my print and the quality is just as good. I will continue with this version and give it a good shake down.

The print I chose to test the new plugin had around 40% white space and the 4x6 inch print went from just under 4 hours to 2 hours 15 minutes - that is a substantial improvement. I am sure the mileage will vary with the amount of white space but much of what I do is engravings of etchings which usually have over 50% white space so this will be a huge benefit. Thanks again and I look forward to the next beta...
