Beta Update gerbil raster plugin
Beta test update to improve the raster plugin for Gerbil:
- skip white space in 256 grey engraving (speed 3000 when 'S' gcode parm <70)
- fix colour conversion bug (include colour 0)
- fix error handling of the usb device/port (graceful exit)
