Air assist solenoid valve

I'm keen to add a solenoid valve to my K40 and have a MG2 and I'm using Lightburn. Is this possible and if so what pins etc would I use?

Hi Dave,

Depending on the solenoid valve specs, you need a driver e.g. MOSFET or Transistor between the MG2 pin and the solenoid valve. The pin on the MG2 can drive max. 20mA at 3.3V.
