Ordered but nothing so far

I ordered a mini gerbal 3 a week ago for delivery to the UK and got a confirmation email that it had been received. I've had nothing since. Any idea when it'll be dispatched or delivered...?

sorry for the issue. I've looked up our records and we did email you a tracking number. I won't quote it here to the general public, but will email you directly.

Thanks for that. I got 4 emails within minutes of each other this morning regarding dispatch etc and one had the tracking number.
