Lost USB connection

Hello,

my K40 worked fine with MiniGerbil since 2021. After not working with it like 2month, I started again and don't get the USB connection. Windows shows a device connected on COM3 exactly when the MiniGerbil is working. COM3 was the usual working port. Lightburn doesn't see the Laser when I launch the search procedure. It doesn't connect with the profile that always worked.

I have Power LED lit green and Heartbeat LED flashing red. I restarted Lightburn and the computer, nothing helps. What can I do?

Hi Reinhard,

can you send me a photo of your setup please? Just in case the nearby wiring is interfering and the connection is borderline, I can advise relocating some wires.

I know this is a pretty old thread but in case anyone else is wondering, Mini Gerbil v2 is not recognized by Lightburn versions above 0.9.20.

I dont know if this issue is also present for Mini Gerbil v3.
