Laptop not finding gerbil, need help
Iv been running lightburn with my gerbil trouble free, but recently iv tried connecting another laptop that I wish to leave connected to the laser at all times. Iv tried getting lightburn to find laser but no joy, iv also tried adding it manually still no joy. Iv gone into device manager on the lap top, and it's showing gerbil is connected but it has a! In a yellow triangle next to it. The message says search for drivers, but the update drivers tab is greyed out. Any ideas how I can resolve this please.

So I understand the Mini Gerbil has been connecting (and is still connecting) with Laptop 1, but it never connects with laptop 2.
Could you please check against these possible causes?

Is there anything else connected to the 2nd PC, like a webcam or other USB device?
You've mentioned Device Manager, but please confirm you're talking about Windows 10 for both laptops... if not, then some drivers may be required, which I can walk you through.
