HY-T50 power supply problem

Hi
i have a problem with my cnc laser and minigerbill board
The board works perfecty with lightburn, but i have little power from tube .... at 20% of power, i see the laser dots, and at 100% power is too little power, and don't cut 3mm of mdf
this is the electrical connection for my psu (model:HY-T50) .... i thik the pwm frequency is incorrect ... can you help me? i tried to change $28 parameter but works as before ...
ps. i'm italian and my english isn't very good...i'm sorry for this

I solved the problem by wiring as the diagram below.
Now i have minor issues for grayscale engraving...i have a good result with $28=5 (original value) and $30=2000
I continue to work to find a good $30 value to have a good garyscale engraving
