Beta 4 Raster GUI improvements

The first is a small change that adds the whitespace speed up to the GUI as a slider. The second gets rid of the negative S.xxx values that occur when the Grey Offset is negative and results in 255 + self.options.Grey.offset being smaller than matrice_BN[y] [x].

Credits: Thanks to Dave Gale for the fixes! I have not tested this beta 4 release but will do over the weekend and post it in the downloads section when it passes the testing.
