Beta 6 Raster2Laser Gcode plugin

I have added 2 things to raster2laser,  First in a new output file containing all of the parameters from the GUI.  I keep forgetting to write down the parms I used for a particular task and needed a way to keep track since I print the same set of pictures frequently.  Inkscape keeps the parms in it's preferences but that is only applicable to the lase print.  I rename the output file to the name of the engraving and I have my parms for future reference.

Second is the G54 - G59 usage.  I added a dropdown to the GUI with:

No G54-G59 (Work position X0 Y0)

Use G55 (Work position 1)

Use G56 (Work position 2)

Use G57 (Work position 3)

Use G58 (Work position 4)

Use G59 (Work position 5)

At start of engraving the appropriate G5x gcode will be written and a G54 gcode will be written at end of run.  The X and Y offset values will be ignored when the G54 - G59 option is in effect.  I saw where the G54 series is written to the EEPROM and would be subject to the 10,000 writes limitation so I created a readme on how to use this feature and a warning about over utilization of the setting of G54-G59.
