First things - card boxes

Up and running. The first few things I'm trying to churn out are some boxes for cards for one of the games I play with my daughter, Arcadia Quest. Using the old LaserDRW really hampered my ability to do anything like this and customize them. I'm using Inkscape currently and then generating the gcode and then using cncjs to run it.

Nice boxes - have you tried doing the cutting in the Inkscape plugin?  I have only used the engraving plugin since I haven't had a reason to cut yet and I am wondering why you chose cncjs instead?

Nice!

I love Arcadia Quest 😀

I was originally cutting using the Inkscape plugin, but I found I like the control I get by importing it into cncjs. I skip the autohome on output from Inkscape, that way I can tweak my laser location a bit and I like being able to preview the gcode a bit so I can see if there are any coordinates that look wacky.
