laser power is not working on grayscale images in lightburn

Hi, all!

I am getting my Gerbil up and running and have been successful at installing Lightburn and getting it to burn circles and dithered images. However, when I use the grayscale setting in the cut menu, the laser head moves, but the laser doesn't power up\burn anything. Any ideas on how to get this to work? (BTW, I'm a novice, so any help would be appreciated!)

Hi, unfortunately I have no clue here. Maybe getting in contact with Lightburn will shed some light on the issue?

@byte did you get your issue resolved? If so, what was the problem and the fix?
