Beta 6 Raster improvements

The raster plugin now supports the G54 series work offset positions.
Note: the eeprom can only be written 10.000 times so be careful when selecting this since it will be written every time if left on.

If I understand the EEPROM involvement, it only gets written to when the G54-G59 values are set with the G10 L2 Px gcode. The raster2laser extension just uses the values which does not write to the EEPROM.
